We’re passionate about building the next generation of confident women. We work with sports moms to build their athlete daughter’s mental game so she believes in herself as much as her mom does… and plays like it! While most mental training programs work solely with the athlete, leaving the moms out of the game plan… we know that in order for athletes to succeed, they need to feel confident in themselves and supported by their parents. That’s the Elite Competitor differences - we train the girl athletes and their moms (dads are welcome too!).
